AON is seeking a remote-based trainer and transition specialist to support front desk operations across multiple locations. You will guide staff through organizational changes, write and deliver SOPs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while traveling extensively in the US.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus a high school diploma and travel readiness. Expect 75%+ travel and a standard M-F schedule with some weekend work as needed.

Qualificações

• High school education required.
• 3+ years in patient service or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as subject matter expert and trainer on transition issues for front desk operations.
• Support staff during organizational changes and policy updates; deliver training and SOPs.
• Embed transition processes; ensure staff understand and respond to transition issues.
