Job summary

American Oncology Management Company is seeking a Remote Registered Nurse with travel across the US to support AON clinics. The role requires documentation in OncoEMR, safe administration of chemotherapy, and patient education.

You will handle telephone triage, inventory and charges, training delivery (live and webinar), and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state laws while providing ongoing support during transitions. Travel may be extensive.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure across states and active CPR/BLS certifications.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients and IV therapy.
• Strong EMR experience and ability to assess patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Documentation in OncoEMR of treatments and charge capture.
• Safely administer chemotherapy per guidelines and dispose of waste per OSHA/HE guidelines.
• Provide patient/family education on medications and treatment.
• Handle telephone triage and prioritize patient communications.
• Manage dispensing procedures and track inventory/charges.
• Lead training efforts and deliver on-site and webinar sessions.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and privacy laws.
• Support merger/transition efforts and travel as needed.
