Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator for Orthodontics. You will travel among offices in Fresno, Visalia, Merced, Modesto, and Stockton to ensure a seamless new patient experience and effective treatment planning.

Strong bilingual English-Spanish skills and dental/orthodontic planning experience are preferred. You will educate patients on treatment options, respond to questions about fees, and coordinate contracts and financial arrangements while supporting the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of dental/orthodontic treatment planning experience preferred.
• 6+ months of sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new patient experience and answer questions about treatment and fees.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, options, and fees.
• Maintain appointments and recall system for patients.
• Coordinate contracts and financial arrangements with patients.
• Travel between Fresno, Visalia, Merced, Modesto, Stockton offices to assist offices.
• Enter treatment plans and documentation in the practice management system.
