Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient appointments and reduce no-shows with proactive calls.
• Explain treatment options, fees, and insurance to patients.
• Present office policies, prepare contracts and financial arrangements.
• Document treatment plans, notes, and recall reminders in the PM system.
• Support doctors and staff; travel between Fresno, Visalia, Merced, Modesto, Stockton.
