Job summary

Evidence Based Associates in Texas seeks a licensed clinician to conduct MST assessments and engage families across Duncanville, DeSoto, and Cedar Hill. You will maintain a caseload of 4–6 families and deliver trauma-informed, MST-based treatment with collaboration across systems.

Responsibilities include documentation, participating in MST training, and travel 20–100% within Southern Dallas using a company vehicle or approved personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience with MST or similar models is preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 4 families.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments and engage participants.
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST practices.
• Collaborate with systems and participants to maintain alignment.
• Travel 20–100% across Southern Dallas to home/field locations.
