Careers @Evidence-Based Associates is seeking an MST Therapist to deliver Multisystemic Therapy to youth and their families, primarily in home and community settings across Dallas and surrounding counties.

The role requires 20%–100% travel, vehicle use, and flexible hours to meet program needs. Texas licensure and bilingual ability are preferred. Compensation aligns with MST service delivery in community settings.

• Master's degree or equivalent with licensure eligibility in Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to youth and families with behavioral, antisocial, or substance use issues.
• Deliver individual and family therapy and provide case management as part of the MST continuum.
• Conduct MST assessments, engage caregivers, and develop ecological problem analyses.
• Coordinate with MST Program Manager and other stakeholders for treatment planning and supervision.
• Maintain timely documentation compliant with MST principles and HHSC regulations.
• Deliver services through home visits and community-based settings as required.
