Careers @Evidence-Based Associates seeks a licensed clinician to conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engage families, and maintain a caseload of 4–6 families. You will apply trauma-informed, change-oriented MST practices to support clients, with services delivered in a person-centered manner.

Residency within 1 hour of Duncanville, DeSoto, and Cedar Hill is required. Travel 20–100% across Southern Dallas using fleet or personal vehicles with approvals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• LPC/LMFT/LCSW licensure (full licensure or under supervision) required/tended

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments and review referral information.
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Engage caregivers and participants in change-oriented treatment.
• Implement MST analytic process: conceptualization, planning, intervention, review, revision.
• Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely for MST fidelity.
• Collaborate with systems to ensure treatment alignment.
• Provide direct clinical MST treatment.
• Participate in MST training and supervision.
• Deliver services in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.
• Be proficient with PC and MS Office; adapt to company software.
• Duties may be assigned/changed to meet business needs.

Job description

Must reside locally within 1 hour of the following counties: Duncanville, DeSoto and Cedar Hill) as this clinician will cover families that live in all of these areas.

Travel is required as part of this role’s duties (20%–100% per day) across Southern Dallas. Fleet or personal vehicles may be used for business needs; transport of individuals is only permitted with a company vehicle and management approval.

This role may be required to use a fleet vehicle and and/or a personal vehicle for business needs. This may include, but not limited to field & home visits, offsite meetings, co-located sites and/or pick up items for business needs, etc. If your program requires transport of individuals, this would only be allowed with a company vehicle and approval from management.

• Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families
• Engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagement
• Implement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revision
• Document treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST Principles
• Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignment
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices
• Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development
• All services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner
• Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer)
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
• Duties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs

Qualifications Required

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure required: LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 annually based on education, experience, and licensure.
