Job summary

Evidence Based Associates seeks a clinician to conduct MST assessments and coordinate treatment for families in crisis in Texas. You will engage caregivers, review referrals, and apply MST principles to case conceptualization and treatment planning.

Licensed or licensed-eligible professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW track) with strong PC skills and MS Office proficiency will thrive in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment focused on outcomes and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure: LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision; full licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknesses.
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagement.
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practices.
• Participate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional development.
