Job summary

Empower Community Care is seeking an MST Therapist to provide multisystemic therapy to youth and families in home and community settings in Texas. Travel may be required (20%–100%), including field visits and co-located sites.

The role demands flexibility, a strong understanding of family systems, and documentation aligned with MST principles and HHSC regulations. A TX driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling field or related experience.
• QCC or TX-licensed mental health professional in good standing.
• Familiar with HHSC/DSHS rules and guidelines.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Experience with adolescents and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to youth and families.
• Conduct MST assessments and engage key participants.
• Maintain documentation per MST principles and HHSC rules.
• Coordinate with community partners to link services.
• Deliver MST to a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Available after hours and on-call as required.
