Job summary

North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) seeks an experienced MST Therapist to deliver Multisystemic Therapy to youths and families across Dallas County. You will provide individual and family therapy, case management, and collaborate with caregivers to overcome barriers to engagement.

Travel within the NTBHA catchment is required; bilingual Spanish/English capabilities are a plus. The role emphasizes documentation, supervision, and community linkage to recovery resources.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in clinical or counseling psychology, counseling, or social work.
• QCC/LCSW/LMSW/LMSW-I/LPC/LPC-A/LCDC or LMFT licensed in TX preferred.
• Experience with HHSC/DSHS rules and guidelines.
• Valid Texas Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience with adolescents and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide MST to youth and families with behavioral or substance use issues.
• Offer individual and family therapy and case management.
• Engage caregivers and key participants in treatment.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor outcomes using MST process.
• Coordinate with community partners for services and resources.
