Job summary

Williams Hotel Group in Valdosta, GA is seeking a dependable Area Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance across nine local properties. This role requires hands-on work and strong general maintenance skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities as projects move between sites.

You will travel between hotels, perform repairs, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and coordinate larger projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

Strong general maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall and painting.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide practical solutions.
Comfortable traveling between nine properties and coordinating projects.

Responsibilities

Travel between nine Williams Hotel Group properties to address maintenance needs.
Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs and improvement projects.
Assist hotels when regular staff is unavailable or overwhelmed.
Coordinate larger maintenance projects from start to finish including materials, equipment and labor.
Work with General Managers to prioritize projects and address property needs.
Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
Support during renovations, room refreshes, and equipment replacements.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues as required.
