Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead MEPS activities across nationwide projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of mechanical and electrical systems.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and BIM-enabled coordination with engineers and architects, plus significant travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of superintendent experience.
• Proven knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures.
• Experience with Mechanical and Electrical systems and coordination using BIM.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors and trade labor on MEPS systems.
• Manage safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and budget adherence.
• Lead inspections, commissioning, turnover and training for system handover.
• Maintain detailed daily records of trade progress and communications with owners/architects.
