Job summary

Turner Construction Co. is seeking a Superintendent Mechanical-Electrical to oversee mechanical and electrical systems on construction projects across the country. Candidates should have at least six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. This role requires strong leadership skills as well as technical knowledge.

Key responsibilities include managing subcontractor performance, ensuring safety compliance, and budget adherence while leading project inspections and overseeing site conditions.

The position is not fixed in NY and involves domestic travel with supportive living and travel stipends provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction methods and scheduling.
• Able to read and interpret contract documents and specifications.
