Job summary

Turner Construction Company in the United States seeks a traveling Mechanical-Electrical Superintendent to lead field teams on sports projects. This full-time role reports to the Project Superintendent or MEP Manager and focuses on safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or four years of related engineering/architectural experience and at least six years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction, with strong leadership and BIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency with BIM coordination for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor for MEPS on the project.
• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and staffing levels.
• Maintain site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and safety codes.
• Lead inspections, startup, commissioning, turnover and training for systems.
• Coordinate with owners and architects/engineers on field issues and changes.
• Review project changes with Project Engineer and maintain daily progress records.
