Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, MasTec's General Building arm, seeks an experienced Project Superintendent - MEP to lead nationwide construction efforts. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on multi-site industrial, aviation, and large commercial projects across the US.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and travel readiness to support project teams and sites from coast to coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Strong scheduling, planning, organization and document control abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scopes and coordinate safety meetings.
• Manage project safety, progress, QA/QC, and reporting.
• Maintain master schedule with PCM and update daily logs (Procore).
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and close-out documentation.
