Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Jr. Project Engineer to provide technical engineering information to the Project Manager, Craft Supervisors, and corporate managers to ensure design development and construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, and specs.

You will support project controls across cost, scheduling, and estimating and oversee subcontractors on site. The position involves extensive travel across the US (up to 100%), with multiple project placements nationwide.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 1 year of construction experience required.
• Data center project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical drawings and specifications for the mechanical scope.
• Plan and develop construction work packages for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and process plant systems.
• Understand detailed project schedules and QA/QC duties.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage resources.
• Support Project Controls in cost, scheduling, and estimating.
• Prepare and disseminate QA/QC records and progress documentation.
• Adhere to safety rules and company Handbooks.
