Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced engineer for a full-time traveling assignment across the United States, supporting aviation projects. The role leads the project team, coordinates MEP systems, and manages schedule, RFIs, and budgets in collaboration with subcontractors and owners.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least four years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with strong technical background.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, subcontractors, owner's consultants and reps to ensure alignment and efficient systems installation.
• Prepare and manage the contract item list for components and systems to ensure ROJ dates align with the project schedule.
• Participate in schedule update meetings and provide latest information for informed scheduling.
• Evaluate and manage processing of RFIs and changes; manage budget and change orders.
• Mentor and coach Assistant MEP Engineers; support MEP coordination with VDC engineer.
• Coordinate turnover processes including start-up, testing, commissioning and closeout.
