Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Engineer/Project Lead for a full-time traveling assignment across the United States to support aviation-related projects. The role focuses on managing mechanical and electrical systems, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading the project team, managing change orders and RFI processing, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating with MEP and VDC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4+ years in engineering related to mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute duties with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership qualities to develop a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team, subcontractors and owner's reps to align and install systems efficiently.
• Manage ROJ dates, contracts, and change orders with budget awareness.
• Coordinate with MEP and VDC teams to ensure design compliance and quality.
