The On-Site Clinicial Assistant (OSC) supports daily clinical and administrative operations at a HHB location in the Houston area, assisting with scheduling, patient interactions, and protocol-driven care as directed by providers. The role offers mileage reimbursement for travel to sites, requires reliable transportation, and can transition to full-time based on business
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification preferred.
- At least 2 years experience preferred.
- BLS certification required prior to onboarding.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Interact with patients for scheduling and follow-up.
- Deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by the Provider.
- Coordinate care delivery with pharmacy services and referral networks.
- Maintain patient medical records and document visits in EMR.
- Support health education and preventive screening initiatives.
