Job summary

Hamilton Health Box is seeking an On-Site Clinical Assistant (OSC) to support daily clinical and administrative operations at our hybrid telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics. You will schedule, follow up, deliver protocol-driven care, and coordinate with pharmacy services and referral networks.

The role requires Medical Assistant certification (MA preferred) and BLS certification, with travel between local clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout an organization.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking patients.
• Smartphone is required for timekeeping apps and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-up exams, and health education.
• Coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, and referrals; document clinical notes.
• Record patient visits in electronic medical records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Travel between clinics as needed.
