Job summary

Hamilton Health Box is seeking a Medical Assistant/On-Site Clinician (OSC) to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at a local HHB location. The role includes patient interactions for scheduling, delivering protocol-driven care, and coordinating with pharmacy services and referrals to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credential required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and related software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees for scheduling and follow up.
• Deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by the Provider.
• Coordinate care with pharmacy services and referral networks.
• Schedule and complete follow-up exams, return-to-work exams, and consultations.
• Document in each employee's medical record and ensure timely reporting.
