Job summary

Hamilton Health Box is seeking an On-Site Clinical Assistant (OSC) to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at a Houston location. You will interact with patients for scheduling, deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by Providers, and support preventative health initiatives.

The role requires reliable transportation, shifts 4 or 8 hours as needed, and weekly hours from 12 to 40 with weekday availability.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred; BLS required before onboarding.
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Smartphone required for time-keeping App usage.
• Proficient with EMR and clinic software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients for scheduling and follow up.
• Deliver protocol-driven care as ordered by the Provider.
• Coordinate care with pharmacy services and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with staff, patients, and community.
• Enter and manage patient data in EMR; support health education.
• Ensure a safe, compliant clinical environment.
