This role focuses on the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within commercial developments, healthcare facilities, or high-tech manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities for mechanical projects valued between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000.
• Supervise onsite labor and ensure Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installations meet design specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress against budget and timeline goals.
• Identify and resolve field issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a supervisory role within commercial construction.
• Experience specifically within the $10,000,000 to $30,000,000 project range.

Work Arrangement Options
