The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience leading complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects and managing field teams from mobilization through completion.

The role requires coordinating with PMs, GCs, engineers, vendors and subcontractors to meet milestones while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field execution of large-scale mechanical construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects and managing field teams from mobilization through completion.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical construction activities, crews, subcontractors, schedules, manpower, materials, quality, safety, and site coordination. Partner with PMs, GCs, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve field issues and maintain project milestones.

Qualifications

8+ years of mechanical construction experience, proven leadership on large projects, strong HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
