Job summary

Lori's Gifts seeks a Market Manager to lead our gift shop operations across multiple stores. You will drive sales, set team tone, and report to the Market Director while maintaining the home store responsibilities.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail with 2+ years in management, willingness to travel 50% and ability to hire, train, and supervise staff. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience including 2+ years in a store management or supervisor capacity.
• Experience evaluating and hiring store personnel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to open and close store independently when needed.
• Multi-unit management experience is a plus.
• Area travel required 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead market stores and home store in sales and KPI achievement.
• Travel 50% of time to assigned stores and 50% in home store.
• Manage staffing, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure merchandising standards and inventory levels.
• Oversee scheduling and customer service issue resolution.
• Execute company procedures across home and area stores.
