Job summary

Lori's Gifts, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to lead multiple gift shop locations, drive sales, and maintain exceptional Guest experiences. This role requires strong people leadership, hands-on store oversight, and the ability to travel extensively across assigned stores.

The candidate will manage staffing, onboarding, training, and merchandising while meeting KPIs and ensuring consistent brand standards throughout the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail experience including 2+ years in a supervisor role.
• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Experience evaluating and hiring store personnel.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned stores 50% of the time; maintain home store responsibilities.
• Lead through example and drive sales in home and area stores.
• Meet performance KPIs and ensure staffing coverage.
• Schedule staff and onboard new team members with training.
• Ensure inventory availability and maintain merchandising standards.
