Job summary

Vista Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Technician to join our elite team based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will travel to properties across regions to provide maintenance support and property stabilization, handling turns, repairs, and capital projects with a hands-on, high‑quality approach. You should bring 3–5 years of multifamily maintenance or construction experience, be comfortable with multiple trades, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

3–5 years in multifamily maintenance or construction.
Proficient across multiple trades; able to work independently.
Experience with unit turns, renovations, or high-volume maintenance preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Travel to properties across regions to provide maintenance support.
Perform unit turns, repairs, capital projects, and emergency work.
Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance repair, basic HVAC.
Troubleshoot issues with minimal oversight and meet project deadlines.
Support inspection prep and rapid project completion timelines.
Maintain work orders and project updates; uphold safety standards.
