Job summary

OGH in the DFW area is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support residential and commercial properties. You will travel daily to different sites, perform general maintenance, handyman tasks, and coordinate with subcontractors as needed using our maintenance app to log work orders.

The role requires organization, attention to detail, and professional interactions with tenants; a valid driver's license is required.

• General knowledge of maintenance repair and services.
• Read and write English.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently, but in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
