Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping tasks across multiple apartment communities. The role involves travel within a designated market and requires delivering excellent resident service while maintaining safety and code compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School degree or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance, as well as equipment maintenance as scheduled and requested
• Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff
• Report equipment malfunctions and breakdowns as well as any hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner
• Maintain resident privacy and receive proper authority before entering resident apartments
• Ensure that all maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries
• Attend in-service training and education sessions, as assigned
• Work with vendors as instructed, such as landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements
• Regular attendance and punctuality
