AIR Communities is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Supervisor to provide coverage and managerial support to our multifamily communities. This role involves direct maintenance and service operations, vendor management, and mentoring teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Must travel at least 75% of the time and have access to a large airport.
• Strong preference to live in AIR's main markets: Denver, DC Metro, Miami Metro, Boston, or Philadelphia.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Multifamily Service Operations Management.
• Minimum 2 years in a direct Service Management role.
• Proven track record in managing large properties, motivating teams, and delivering quality service.

Responsibilities

• May serve as acting Service Manager as assigned, delivering standard operational support.
• Provide regional oversight of Property Maintenance Management across multiple communities.
• Support Regional Offices in operations for assigned properties.
• Assist various managers in completing audit-generated action plans.
