Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor for Cassi and Lyra Apartments in Portland, OR. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate preventive and corrective work, and ensure timely turnovers across multiple properties with on-site presence.

You will lead safety practices, manage inventories, and collaborate with the Property Manager on capital projects while maintaining high resident service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property maintenance preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Carpentry/drywall: 1+ year experience.
• Painting and flooring turnover speed: 1+ year.
• Basic to intermediate plumbing repairs: 1+ year.
• Electrical troubleshooting: 1+ year.
• Valid driver's license for travel between properties.
• College certificate or two years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance aspects including preventive, corrective, and emergency tasks.
• Schedule work, manage inventory, and control expenses with site managers.
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff; ensure safety practices.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on capital projects and reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of requests and maintain unit turnover standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and safe operation of facilities.
