Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing luxury retail construction projects.
• Strong hospitality construction experience.
• Experience with high-end finishes and detail-oriented environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and identify and resolve scheduling issues.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Oversee site safety and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality control.
• Manage logistics, site organization, materials, and manpower.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
