Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the State of Ohio as an LPN.
• Experience in DD/IID or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health and medical services for individuals served.
• Oversee administration of medications per physician order.
• Communicate with team members and physicians as needed.
• Document medications and treatments accurately.
• Assist in training and coaching of staff.
