Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

• Experience in DD/IID or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health and medical services for individuals served.
• Oversee administration of medications and treatments per physician order.
• Communicate with team, physicians, and others as needed.
• Document medications and treatments accurately.
• Assist in training, follow up, and coaching of staff.
