Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract in Ohio, with options to extend or move to permanent placement. The role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility with days, evenings, or nights and offers an excellent hourly rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

Ideal candidates include new grads or experienced nurses who thrive in a supportive team, deliver compassionate patient care, and work well under clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of employment (new grads welcome)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• TB test and health screening current
• Ability to obtain license in required state if applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards and timelines.
