Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility role in Ohio. Provide direct nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and monitor residents' status to ensure quality care.

This position offers flexible contract options (13 weeks with possible extension or permanent placement), day/evening/night shifts, and housing plus travel stipends for travelers. New grads are welcome, with strong support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of employment (Ohio or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
