Job summary

URS Properties is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to rent apartments and manage daily leasing tasks across multiple site locations in Maine, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. The role requires proactive customer service, qualifying prospects, and converting traffic into leases while maintaining accurate records.

You will conduct tours, process applications, prepare move-in files, and assist with marketing efforts to drive traffic.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Ability to convert traffic to leases and meet targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartments by generating traffic, responding to inquiries, touring prospects, and closing leases.
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness of models and vacants.
• Process rental applications, collect documents, and schedule move-ins.
• Maintain lease files and accurately record traffic sources.
• Support marketing efforts and outreach to drive occupancy.
• Handle resident notices and coordinate renewals as needed.
