Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartments by generating traffic, answering inquiries and closing leases.
• Inspect properties daily for cleanliness and readiness.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease files.
• Maintain accurate traffic and renewal records.
• Assist with community marketing and outreach visits.
