Job summary

URS Properties seeks a Floating Leasing Consultant to rent apartments and support leasing operations across multiple sites. The role includes generating traffic, greeting prospects, touring properties, qualifying leads, and closing rentals with deposits.

Travel is required to sites in Maine, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina, with responsibilities including move-ins, lease renewals, and maintaining accurate lease files.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartments by generating traffic, responding to inquiries, greeting prospects, touring property, qualifying leads and closing the sale with a rental application and deposit.
• Visually inspect the property daily for cleanliness and touch up model units.
• Process rental applications, collect required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease files per policy and accurately record daily traffic sources.
• Convert a minimum of 30% of total traffic into leases; follow up with prospects within 24 hours and with at least two more contacts.
• Assist with planning and implementing the community marketing plan to generate traffic and sustain leads.
• Perform outreach marketing visits weekly; manage leads and contacts.
• Operate office responsibilities including alarm system and turnover readiness of apartments.
