Qualifications

• Rent apartment homes and close leases.
• Process rental applications and deposits.
• Conduct property tours and maintain model units.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and multiple contacts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property daily for cleanliness and upkeep.
• Maintain lease files and documentation.
• Record daily traffic and convert at least 30% to leases.
• Assist with community marketing and lead generation.
• Schedule and inspect turnkey move-ins and renewals.
