ECI Group seeks an experienced Floating Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts across multiple communities. The role blends sales leadership with hands-on operational coverage, traveling 50–85% to optimize occupancy and rent growth while mentoring onsite consultants.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leasing experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage transitions in the absence of a Community Manager.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years leasing experience with leadership or mentorship.
• Ability to travel between properties 50–85% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven customer service excellence.

Aufgaben

• Travel to assigned communities across the portfolio (50–85%) to support leasing performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate onsite leasing consultants; set professionalism and service standards.
• Provide operational and leadership coverage during absences of Community Manager or key onsite staff.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new leasing hires on policies and procedures.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive sales and renewals.
• Process applications and guide prospects through qualification and occupancy steps.
• Support reporting, file audits, and compliance checks as directed by Property Management.
• Ensure move-in readiness and resident service continuity.
