Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Manager to drive expansion by sourcing, evaluating, and securing high-potential sites for development. You will negotiate contracts with owners and brokers and work with project managers through permitting.

Requirements include 5+ years in retail real estate, strong negotiating and analytical skills, and proficiency with GIS, Smartsheet, CoStar, and Excel. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in retail estate acquisition or commercial development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate tools such as GIS, Smartsheet, and CoStar.
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• CCIM, ARGUS certification, or similar credentials are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities through market research and broker relationships.
• Negotiate terms for LOIs, purchase agreements, and leases.
• Oversee contract execution for land acquisitions and advise on zoning and land issues.
• Prepare proforma and financial models aligned to investment strategy.
• Maintain market plans and support approvals for expansions.
