Job summary
Mark-Taylor is seeking aRoving Service Technician to support Arizona communities from the Phoenix region. You will travel between properties to handle maintenance, make-ready tasks and routine repairs, delivering five-star service that makes communities feel like home.
The role requires 2+ years in maintenance, EPA certification, and ability to travel daily. On-call rotation offers an incentive, and employees receive a vehicle allowance and benefits.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in maintenance technician roles in property management.
- Willingness to travel daily to different communities.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
- EPA certification is required; OSHA and CPO certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Travel to various Mark-Taylor communities to assist with maintenance and make-ready tasks.
- Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
- Inspect properties for safety hazards and monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
- Complete make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and assist on-site teams.
