Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent on industrial/power EPC projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Experience managing large craft workforces and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong safety, scheduling, and productivity management knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction on large-scale projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and progress.
• Review drawings and work packages for alignment with requirements.
• Mentor field personnel and support turnover and commissioning.
• Participate in planning, safety reviews, and project reporting.
