Mc-Machinery-Systems,-Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Laser Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Mitsubishi Machining products on-site at customer facilities. The role requires travel Monday through Friday, with home on weekends, mostly within the US and some international assignments.

You will use mechanical and electrical skills, interpret schematics, and document resolutions. Ideal candidates have an associates or technical degree and experience with electrical measurement

Formación

• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Experience with electrical measurement techniques (voltmeters, oscilloscopes).
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret diagrams.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair
• Examine machines mechanically and electrically to repair
• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Effectively interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems
• Document in detail product problems and resolutions
• Other duties as assigned
