Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 year Electronic or Technical Degree required.
• Experience in field service in machine tool industry a plus.
• Skilled in Electrical measurement and inspection techniques and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair.
• Examine machines mechanically and electrically to perform repairs by dismantling and rebuilding.
• Diagnose problems and troubleshoot via telephone when needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze problems.
• Document product problems and resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
