Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a 35-hour work week in Trenton, NJ. Travel across Northern, Central and Southern NJ is required to support IT functions.

The role includes providing technical support for software, hardware, and telecom systems, with HIPAA-compliant procedures and documentation. A bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and 5+ years of IT support experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of IT support experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA or SonicWall preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Document IT procedures and HIPAA-required policies.
• Train users on IT security and system usage.
• Support database applications and help desk software.
