Planned Parenthood South Atlantic in Trenton, NJ seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT, equipment, and telecommunications support across the affiliate. The role requires travel across Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey and a 5‑day work week.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft, CompTIA and/or SonicWall certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of IT Support experience.

Mansioni

• Provides IT support for software, hardware, and basic network administration; schedules service calls as needed.
• Maintains IT documentation and HIPAA policies; supports help desk software and knowledge base.
• Trains PPCGNNJ users; ensures security measures and HIPAA compliance.
• Tracks IT projects and supports revenue cycle with budgeting and efficiency goals.
• Performs IT purchases, vendor coordination, and invoice review.
