Compensation: $85,000–$90,000

Schedule: Full-time, primarily standard business hours

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide technical support within a fast-paced operating environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems independently, and supporting users across a variety of business systems and technologies. The position will provide day‑to‑day technical support while working closely with broader IT resources on more complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and business applications
• Support user accounts, access permissions, and basic system administration
• Respond to and manage support requests through a ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and elevate when appropriate
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software
• Support basic network troubleshooting, including wired and wireless connectivity
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, and equipment information
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers as needed
• Support business‑critical systems in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, systems support, or a similar role
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting users in a business or operational environment
• Familiarity with user account administration and common business applications
• Experience working with help desk or ticketing systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple issues
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Compensation

$85,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience.
