Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking an Traveling Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician for the manufacturing sector. The role involves diagnosing and repairing PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and controls to minimize downtime and restore production efficiency.

Expect 10–12 hour shifts, full-time travel across the United States, and overtime opportunities. Competitive hourly wage with benefits including travel housing and per diem. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and travel 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and modify programs.
• Experience with FactoryTalk HMIs.
• Proficient with solenoids, sensors, and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, fault-find, and repair mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Rectify malfunctions in 480V 3-phase motors, PLC logic, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Support production by maintaining conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
• Promote safety and operational excellence to keep equipment running.
